My Target Shopping Trip

I bought 6 bags of dog food and and 3 packs or razors. The regular price for these items (with tax) is over $100.
I paid $40 with tax just by using coupons and using them while items were on sale.

I feed my dogs for 10 bucks or less a month and I have TWO. 
 They are happy

My huskies enjoy their Puppy Chow for Pennies!!!

At my Target the packages had a bonus razor in them. This sweetens the deal.

How I paid 3.10 for all this.

These are all deals I have posted about so check the post for coupon break downs.

Now I did use 4.20 off a Target gift card I had so total for all this was really just over $7.

However, the original price without tax (mine was included) would be 41.75 for this lot of items.

I went to King Soopers where I got everything but the razors.

The razors I got at Target.

Just by shopping with coupons I saved around $35.

What could you do with that much extra money back in your pocket???

I could fill up my little car with a whole tank of gas.

This is what I do I save and save some more to make my budget stretch.

I buy when things are on sale and I use coupons.

It does make a difference.

Now there are something items that I have to just flat out buy without coupons.

That is ok I save so much it makes up for those items.

In the furniture isles there is one marked 30% off. However, if you choose to look at the actual stickers you will find up to 50% on some items. The stools are normally 40 marked down to 19.98. Nice bar stools for a fraction of the cost. You never know what maybe in your clearance isle.

Paid $22.15 (after counting getting a $5 gift card) for $114.55 worth of items!!
The ladies' C9 shirt ended up being free after the coupon; the ladies' athletic pants were $2.98 instead of $19.98; and four of the little girl's shirts were .50 each after coupons! The girl's clothing full price would have been $52, after sales and coupons, I paid $10.58. The two Bengay came to $3.78 and I received the $5 gift card! Moneymaker!!

I was skeptical at first but it looks like this is an amazing way to save at Target. You can use it with your Target Coupons and your Manufacture coupons.
Her is the link but you must have a Facebook to get the ap.

From what I have read these discounts are applied after the Target coupons and before the manufacture coupons. Just let the cashier scan you barcode on the ap.

Jenn alerted me to the Country Time lemonade deal that last through midnight tonigh at King Soopers. (Sorry for the late notice)
They were price at10/10 (already a great price)
With a coupon in SS 4/21 that was buy 2 take $1 off
Final price .50    (These regularly are 4.29 each) what a steal

The mustard was a stellar find. They are on sale 4/5 through the summer.
The isle had a blinkie coupon .50 off one which doubled to a dollar
Final price .25      (Regular price these run around 2 each)
Now the blinkies limit you 2 coupons per transaction sooo I brought my hubby along to score the extras.

The Dove soap was $1
I had loaded a $1 off Dove product on to my card making this FREE

The yogurt was a freebie i loaded to my card.
I mentioned this freebie last Friday

So all in all a purchase that was almost $65 I paid around $7 and received 20 gas points.

I got the Old Spice for free (see previous post for deal break down)

The Crest Complete is my hubby's fav toothpaste but it is expensive. So when I saw the deal 1.69 at KS when you buy 4 I was thrilled. There was a $1 off coupon in the P&G 4/28 that makes them .69 each.

The Colgate was a deal I mentioned in the previous post.

This originally cost about $27 I paid $2.79

My King Soopers Shop for Free

Today I bought all this today at no cost!

The blue Gillette was a coupon deal I talked about earlier (it was the same coupon as the Satin Care)and I thought I would use up the last of them
The Gillette Fusion was the P&G 5/12 coupon for $2 off and they are 1.99 at KS with the buy 4 get 4 off sale.

The Colgate came from a .50 off one coupon in 5/12 SS. This item is still 10/10. With the double the Colgate is free.

I had two mojo coupons left so I picked up 2 more of those(I have mentioned that deal many times)

I didn't spend anything and I was able to rack up another 19 points towards my gas rewards.

Just last week I bought these  adirondack chair for $18 and then they went on sale. 

What!!!!!!

I even went back and bought more just yesterday because the $18 sale was $4 off their regular price.

When I open end up the flyer today and saw they dropped another $1 I was bummed.

BUT then I remembered I could ask for a price adjustment.

I went back with my receipts and since I was within the time frame I got $8.40 back.

Yahoo I saved even more!!!!!!

Sometimes in the budget blogger world I post something that is incorrect or doesn't work for ppl!

This is a sad retraction I write for the post of the free Redbox movie I posted earlier today.
